Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, October 9, 2023 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- Proposed amendment of Zoning Ordinance for conditional uses in B-1 Community Business zoning districts under Article IX, Section C, No. 9, changing “Dwelling and rooming units above the ground floor of a business establishment” to “A single dwelling unit attached to a business establishment”.
- Application for Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling unit attached to a business establishment at Twin Hills Lane, Denmark, Wisconsin, parcel # ND-116-4 by Kurt Vanden Plas.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
