Municipal Court

The Town of New Denmark is a member of the Brown County Joint Municipal Court which services 8 municipal towns in Brown County. Municipal citations issued by the Town of New Denmark will be processed and handled through the municipal court. Town officials may on occasion issue citations to residents for violation of the Code of Ordinance or for other reasons as deemed necessary. The Town’s first course of action is to work with individual residents in an attempt to resolve the problem before a citation is issued. Citations are issued as final recourse when residents continually fail to comply with the Town Board’s request for action and/or repeatedly ignore the Code of Ordinance.

Municipal Court sessions are held on the first Thursday in the odd numbered months (January, March, May, July, September & November) starting at 6:00 p.m. at the following location:

Glenmore Community Center (January, April, July and October)
5718 Dickinson Road
