Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- A request from Mark Hardy (ND-347-1) to rezone .903 acres from AG-R to Community Business for the purposes of resale and conformity with lot size with zoning code requirements. This parcel is located at 5409 Steves Cheese Road, Denmark.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
