Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- A request from Mark Schlies (ND-395) to rezone 19.878 acres from AG-1 to Community Business or I-1 – Limited Industrial for the purposes constructing storage units. This parcel is located at County Highway X and Highway 96.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
