Change in Monthly Town Board Meeting:
OCTOBER 2, 2025 @ 7:00 pm
MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING: Notice is hereby given that the regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Denmark has been rescheduled from October 13, 2025 to October 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. All future monthly Town Board meetings will be held on the second Monday of the month unless otherwise noted.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- A request from Neumann Family Properties to rezone (Lot 1) approximately 1.5 acres from parcel ND-621 from B-1 to Ag-R to create a separate parcel for the existing home (Lot 1) and business parcel (Lot 2). This parcel is located at 5016 STH 96, Denmark. SW1/4 NW ¼ Sec 29 T22N R22E.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.

Bids are now being accepted for the following road projects
in the Town of New Denmark, Brown County:
- 1. Hidden Acres Rd. From South end of road going north 1150 ft. Pre-wedge and wedge and chip seal. 3/8 stone, Hot oil. 18 ft. wide.
- 2. Cherney Rd. From address 4877 Cherney Rd. north 1460 ft. to just past address 4820 Cherney Rd. Pre-wedge and wedge and chip seal. 3/8 stone, Hot oil. 19 ft. wide.
- 3. Pepper Rd. East of address 6059 Pepper Rd. west 700 ft. to 6028 Pepper Rd. Pre-wedge and wedge and chip seal. 3/8 stone, Hot oil. 22 ft. wide.
- 4. Kvitek Rd. North of Cooperstown Rd. intersection north 3840 ft. Reclaim or scarify with 3 to 4 inch virgin material. Graded , Watered, and Rolled. Double chip seal, 3/8 stone, Hot oil. 21 ft. wide.
- 5. Package Bid – Cooperstown Rd. from Cedar Creek Rd. west 5650 ft. to address 5089 Cooperstown Rd. Reclaim or scarify with 4 inch virgin material and 3 inch Blacktop or Cold Mix. Graded , Watered, and Rolled. 23 ft. wide.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Discontinuance of Public Ways
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing shall be held by the Town Board of the Town of New Denmark at the Town of New Denmark Town Hall, 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark, Wisconsin on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. to discuss a proposed action to commence discontinuance of the following described Town roads initiated by introduction by the Town Board of the Town of New Denmark under §66.1003(4)(b), Wis. Stats., specifically:
A portion and/or all of Connor Lane located east of the line that begins approximately 310 feet east of the centerline of County Highway T shall be vacated and borders parcels ND-424 & ND-424-1, as identified in vacation Exhibit A.
