Public Hearing – Rezoning of ND-621 (Lot 1)

TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

1. A request from Neumann Family Properties to rezone (Lot 1) approximately 1.5 acres from parcel ND-621 from B-1 to Ag-R to create a separate parcel for the existing home (Lot 1) and business parcel (Lot 2).            This parcel is located at 5016 STH 96, Denmark.  SW1/4 NW ¼ Sec 29 T22N R22E.

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
