A public hearing will be held on Monday, October 9th at 6:45 pm to hear public comment regarding the following requests:
1. Non Confomring Use Permit for K. VandenPlas to construct an accessory building on ND-116-4 which is zoned B-1 and shall include residential living space within the building. This parcel is located at Twin Hills Lane.
2. Rezoning request from Sara Gehrke to rezone approximately 2 acres from ND-407-1 from Ag-1 to Ag-R for the construction of a single family home. This property is located at Umentum Lane, Denmark.
