OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2020 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2021 budget, which begins at 6:45 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of the Wis. Stats. by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
1. To approve year 2021 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81(1)(3) of the Wis. Stats. (required when total highway expenses are expected to exceed $5,000 multiplied by the number of town highway miles).
2. To adopt the 2020 town tax levy to be collected in 2021 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Stats.
