Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

1. A request from M. Vander Kelen to rezone 5 acres of land (from parcel ND-748 and part of ND-749) from Exclusive Ag to Ag-Residential to create new CSM to parcel off homestead property.  This property is located at 6298 County Hwy P, Denmark. 

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
