TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, August 13, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

 

1. Rezoning request from Phillip Petersen to rezone ND-450 (42.58 acres) and ND-449 (38.38 acres) from Ag-1 to Ag-FP for purposes of enrolling these parcels into the Farmland Preservation Program.   These parcels are located on Maribel Road.

2. Rezoning request from Kurt Schwiesow to rezone approximately 10 acres from parcel ND-303 from Ag-1 to Ag-R for the purposes of establishing a personal residence and conform to zoning standards due to the construction of a new residential home. This property is located at 5480 Maribel Road, Denmark.

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
