TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

1.  Rezoning request from M. Jeanquart to rezone approximately 8.32 acres from ND-692 from Ag-1 to AG-R and attach to parcel ND-792 for the construction of a single family home. This property is located at 6306 Hidden Hills Trail, Denmark.

2.  Rezoning a portion of ND-343 from Ag-R to I-1 to bring entire parcel into conformity due to the removal of a residential structure. This property is located at 5312 Steves Cheese Road, Denmark

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
