NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK: Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 Wis. Stats., the Town of New Denmark assessment roll will be open for examination on the following date at the New Denmark Town Hall located at 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark:  September 14, 2023 from 10 am -12 pm and 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection and Board of Review procedures pursuant to Wisconsin law will be available at that time. If you would like to set up a phone appointment, please contact Bowmar Appraisal, Inc. at (920) 733-5369 during regular business hours (M-F 8:30 am – 4:30 pm) no later than 7 days prior to the Board of Review. Please note all objection forms must be filed with the Clerk at least 48 hours in advance of the Board of Review which is scheduled for September 26, 2023 from 6 – 8 pm, unless the time period is waived.
