Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- A request from Mark Hardy for a non-conforming use permit to construct a detached accessory building on ND-436 which does not conform to the AG-1 zoning requirement of 35 acres. This property consists of .40 acres and is located at North Avenue.
- A request from Alisha Fulfer for a non-conforming use permit to construct a detached accessory building on ND-398-1 which does not conform to the AG-R zoning requirement of 1.5 acres. This property consists of 1.299 acres and is located at 4881 North Avenue.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
