Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

1. Rezoning request from L. Cattelan to rezone 2.2 acres from ND-184 – 5645 Park Road to from Ag-R for the construction of a single family home.

2. Rezoning remaining portion of land on ND-621 per CSM to B-1 business to create conformity with CSM and eliminate dual zoning. This parcel is located at 5022 Shirley Road.

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
