NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Discontinuance of Public Ways

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing shall be held by the Town Board of the Town of New Denmark at the Town of New Denmark Town Hall, 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark, Wisconsin on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. to discuss a proposed action to commence discontinuance of the following described Town roads initiated by introduction by the Town Board of the Town of New Denmark under §66.1003(4)(b), Wis. Stats., specifically:

 

            The northerly portion of Jensen Lane (480 feet) which borders parcels ND-152-1, ND-152, ND-342-9 and ND-334-1 as identified in vacation Exhibit X-1128.  

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
