TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

 

 1.  A request from Maximilian and Kathy Roth to rezone 35 acres of land (parcel ND-51) from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to create plat of survey to comply with road frontage requirements of the Town zoning ordinance.  This property is located at 4848 Hidden Acres Lane.   Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
