Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- A request from Michael and Kristine Buhr for a non-conforming use permit to construct a detached accessory building on ND-274 which does not conform to the AG-1 zoning requirement of 1.5 acres. This property consists of 1.255 acres and is located at 5992 Langes Corners Road. Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
