PUBLIC HEARING: TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

REVISIONS TO ZONING ORIDINANCE / NON-CONFORMING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of New Denmark will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, NOVMEMBER 9, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall located at 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark, Wisconsin to take public comments regarding revisions and amendments to the Town of New Denmark Zoning Code addressing non-conforming parcels.

 The revised non-conforming ordinance will be made available for viewing on the Town website at www.townofnewdenmark.com in advance of the hearing or alternative arrangements can be made by contacting the Town Clerk at 920-863-5523.  You are hereby advised the Town Board will consider the Plan Commission’s recommendation to adopt the revised Zoning Code at the regular monthly meeting on November 9, 2020.

 

 All interested persons are invited to attend the pubic hearing and be heard.
