TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
The Town of New Denmark Appeals Committee will meet on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall to hear the following request:
- An appeal from Big Sky Real Estate, LLP to request a variance to allow for a 35 feet front setback for Lots 5 & 6 of the proposed Hidden Hills Estates subdivision located at ND-695. The standard front setback for Ag-R zoning is 50 feet as required by the Town of New Denmark Zoning Code. This property is located at 6341 Rosecrans Road, Denmark.
- An appeal from Ryan Freitag for a variance from the required road frontage of 200 feet as required by the Town of New Denmark Zoning Code to construct an accessory building on parcel ND-78-1 which is located at 4780 Fenwick Lane, Denmark.
