TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

1. A request from Gary Dworak to rezone 1.841 acres of land from Ag-FP to Ag-Residential from parcel ND-206 and transfer remaining land back to parcel ND-205 to parcel off the existing home from the remaining farmland.  This property is located at on 5983 Park Road, Denmark.

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
