TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, May 11, 2026  at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning requests:

1. Non-conforming use permit for Bristol / Rozmarynoski family for parcel ND-566-1 for a new residence to be constructed at 5792 North Avenue with less than 200 feet of frontage pursuant to the Town of New Denmark Code from September 1974 – August 1985.

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
