Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- A request from Shimank Family Trust to rezone 3.55 acres from Ag-FP to Ag-R from parcel ND-32 to parcel off the existing home from the remaining farmland. This property is located at on 4874 County Hwy P, Denmark.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
