Public Hearing Notice

TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

1. A request from Shirley Dahlke to rezone 4.67 acres of land from parcel ND-463 from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential.  This property is located at on North Avenue.  Part of SW ¼ SW ¼ Sec. 22 T22N R22E as described as Lot 1 in CSM.

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
