TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

1. A request from Jim Wavrunek to rezone 2.92 acres of land from Ag-FP to Ag-Residential from parcel ND-481 to parcel off the existing home from the remaining farmland.  This property is located at on 6043 Pepper Road, Denmark.
2. A request from Todd Henschel to rezone approximately 4 acres from ND-331 from Ag-1 to AG-R for the construction of a new home which will be relocated on the parcel after demolition of existing home.  This parcel is located at 5263 Langes Corners Road.

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
